Reservations will be accepted for a minimum 4 month stay. A deposit of $280.00 is required and will be applied to the last months rent, at the end of the season. Deposits are refundable, less a $50.00 cancellation fee, up to September 1st, after September 1st, deposits are non-refundable.

Rates are based on double occupancy, and no more than two approved small pets per space.

We are pleased to have so many friendly people in the park and would appreciate your cooperation in keeping Glenaire a happy place.

A complete set of park rules will be given to you upon your arrival and check in at the park office.

Storage Rates

Apartments

Glenaire has three - one bedroom apartments available. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen, and a bath and comes completely furnished including linens.

Apartment Rates:

These may be reserved for a minimum five month stay with a $500.00 deposit with will be applied to the last months rent.

Room Rates

Glenaire has two rooms available for overnight guests of Park Residents. The rooms share a common bath and a kitchen is available. All the Park Facilities are available including swimming pool, BBQ, patio and pool table. Bathing and laundry facilities are located towards the back of the park. Please exercise caution when using the pool. No Diving. No Running. No rough-housing and No admittance to the equipment area. Please ask your guests to bring beach towels if they will be using the pool.

All Park Rules apply while staying in the park.

Pets are not allowed in guest rooms.

Rooms with shared kitchen:

Rates are based on double occupancy, 2 persons per room

Rates include room tax

Check Out Time is 10:00 Noon

General Information

Glenaire is an age 55 and better community.

Overnight guests must be registered at the office upon arrival and are required to pay $1.00 per night when staying more than seven days. Parking for guests will be in specified areas only. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREET!

Only small pets are allowed and must be kept on a leash and in control when outside your unit. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS AND USE ONLY DESIGNATED AREAS FOR THEM TO RELIEVE THEMSELVES OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK.

EXCESSIVE NOISE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Mopeds, motor cycles and ATV's may be used only for direct access to and from assigned spaces.
